Hashed Turnip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large yellow turnip
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. light cream
Preparation
-
Peel turnip thickly and dice.
Cook until tender in boiling water, drain, return to saucepan.
Add butter, seasonings, parsley and cream.
Bring to boiling point and serve.
Serves about 4.
