Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts (whole chicken may be used)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chili con carne (no beans)
    1 can green chili salsa
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 can milk
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 small can pitted olives
    12 corn tortillas, cut in 1-inch squares
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wrap chicken in foil and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Bone chicken and break into pieces.
    Mix Soups, chili con carne, green chili salsa, milk, onion and olives.\tGrease casserole.
    Put layers of tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese, about 2 or 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Serves 10 to 12. May be made the day before.
