Flank Steak Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 1/3 Tbsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 to 5 crushed cloves garlic
Preparation
    Place in blender on medium speed for 1 minute.
    Pour enough marinade to just cover the meat into a Ziploc baggie.
    Turn meat over several times.
    Let marinate from 6 hours to 48.
    Cook steak on grill.
    Store the unused portion of marinade in the refrigerator.
    Keeps well.
