Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 C unsifted flour
    1 C milk
    3 Tbsp melted margarine
    1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
    In small deep mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Add flour, milk, melted margarine and salt. Beat just until blended: do not overbeat.
    Pour batter into 8 to 12 well greased muffin cups.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 50 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
    Makes 8 to 12 popovers.
    Cool slightly. Cut open and serve with butter or margarine.
