Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
    2 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. spaghetti sauce (divide calories by 4)
    4 oz. cheese (optional; if you use it, be sure you count it!)
Preparation
    Halve zucchini.
    Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch shell; place in shallow baking dish.
    Coarsely chop zucchini centers; mix with next 8 ingredients.
    Spoon into shells.
    Top with sauce and cheese (if desired).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4. Each serving = 3 protein (4 if you use cheese), 1 fat, free vegetables and optional calories for sauce.
