Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium size mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. plain dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
    Set the caps aside. Mince the mushroom stems and mix the remaining ingredients. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
    Broil 6-inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until the tops are browned and mushrooms are heated through.
