Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 whole eggs
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Add raisins, apples and nuts.
Mix flour, soda and baking powder.
Add to apple mixture and mix by hand.
Add vanilla.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0 in Bundt pan.
