Jan'S Turtle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    6 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    milk
    1 c. chopped toasted pecans
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Melt the caramels with enough milk to make a creamy consistency.
    Pour over crust.
    Toast the pecans by placing in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add the pecans on top of the caramels.
    Beat the cream cheese with the sugar.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add the sour cream and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool. Melt the chocolate chips with the whipping cream and top cake.
