Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 chicken (about 3 lb.), cut into pieces or 4 half breasts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (16 to 18 oz.) jar Ortega green chili salsa
    1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix (Lawry's original style)
    1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom
Preparation
    Heat salad oil.
    Add chicken and brown lightly.
    Sprinkle salt over chicken.
    Combine salsa, spaghetti sauce mix and Snap-E Tom. Mix well.
    (Can add small amount of water, if needed.)
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Cover and simmer until tender.
    Serve with spaghetti.
    Very good Mexican-Italian taste.
