Greek Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped fresh mint or 2 Tbsp. dried leaf mint
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 3/4 c. (6 oz.) small shell macaroni, cooked
    10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1/2 red ball pepper, chopped
    1/2 red onion, cut into rings
    1/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a medium skillet.
    Drain.
    Add mint and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Spoon ground beef mixture into a large bowl.
    Stir in pasta, tomatoes, cheese, red bell pepper and onion.
    Add dressing and lemon juice; toss lightly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve on lettuce-covered salad plates.
    Serves 4.
