Maids Of Honor - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
raspberry jam

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
Mold into small greased tins.
Fill centers with raspberry jam.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. When cooled, top with cream.
