Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    7 to 9 medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix and
    pour
    into
    1\t(9-inch) pie shell.
    Dot top of apples with
    butter.
    Top\twith pie crust.
    Flute edges. Brush top of crust
    with evaporated milk and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake
    at
    425\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    Then turn down to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
