Ingredients

3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. red and black pepper
tomatoes, onion and cukes (6 to 8)
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients and boil rapidly 1 minute.
While hot, pour over tomatoes that are peeled and quartered.
Cut peppers in strips and slice onion.
Chill overnight.
Add cucumber slices before serving.
