Mama'S Nut Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
9-inch baked pastry shell
sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping

Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs, milk, walnuts and extracts.
Pour into prepared shell.
Heat for 10 minutes, giving dish 1/4 turn every 3 minutes, until center is almost set.
Let stand, covered with wax paper.
Just before serving, top with whipped cream.
