Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. round steak
    2 green bell peppers
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add steak. Saute until brown.
    Add tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms and onion. Stir in soy sauce, salt, ginger, sugar and pepper.
    Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    In a small bowl, blend a small amount of pan juices with flour.
    Stir into skillet.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 6 servings.
