Pasta Ala Toto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. La Fara capellini
    5 qt. cold water
    1 large can imported plum tomatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    3 sprigs parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients except capellini to a rapid boil; lower gas and continue to simmer for 45 minutes.
    Break capellini; add to boiling ingredients.
    Cook another 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    If desired, flavor with grated cheese.
