Frijoles Rancheros(Aka Borracho Beans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. pinto beans
    2 cloves garlic
    6 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut in pieces
    1 small white onion, coarsely chopped
    Cilantro to taste
    1 tomato, diced
    1 can rotel tomatoes and peppers
    2 or 3 serrano peppers or 1 jalapeno pepper
Preparation
    Boil beans, garlic and salt in water for about 2 hours or until done. Add additional water as needed.
