Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 to 2 pkg. saltine crackers
    1 stick butter
    cheese (Cheddar or American), use to top casserole
Preparation
    Boil cabbage until tender in water.
    While hot drain water and keep to put back into mixture if needed.
    With fork work butter into hot cabbage, chopped to a fine texture.
    Crumble crackers to fine crumbs.
