Rolled Oatmeal Cookies(From Inga'S Article On Cookcars) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 eggs
3 c. lard
4 tsp. cinnamon
flour (enough to make dough easy to roll)
4 c. sugar
4 tsp. soda in 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cloves
4 c. oatmeal

Preparation

You need a medium stiff batter.
Roll and bake.
It was all guess work.
There was no temperature setting.
The rolling pin was a great big log, real heavy, and the cookie cutter was a saucer.
