Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs.
Drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
