Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
a dash of salt
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Beat egg.
Mix flour and sugar with egg.
Add salt and milk and mix well.
Pour mixture in hot skillet with small amount of melted butter or margarine.
Flip pancake when top appears dry. Remove from skillet when browned.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture and enjoy.
