Homemade Salami(Almost Like Hickory Farms) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix with hands.
    Divide into 3 rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Wipe with paper towel for excess oil after baked.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Enjoy.
