Rice Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute Rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (9 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine for 5 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients, stir over heat until cheese is melted.
    Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour on center rack of oven.
