Shrimp In Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
    36 large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 or 5 drops red hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. bottled horseradish
    salt to taste
    2 to 3 c. hot cooked rice or 4 to 6 pieces toast
Preparation
    Heat wok.
    Add butter and melt over medium heat.
    When butter begins to sizzle, add shrimp.
    Stir-fry about 5 minutes until shrimp are firm and pink.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until bubbly hot. Serve over rice or with toast.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
