Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans drained hominy
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
