Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely diced water chestnuts
    dash of onion powder
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 pkg. frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze out excess water)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Let stand a few hours or overnight.
    Serve with rye bread.
