Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples
cheese
1 can pineapple (drain juice, but save)
nuts (if desired)
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch or 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cut up apples in bowl.
Add diced cheese.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Place pineapple juice in saucepan.
Beat egg up, then add sugar and cornstarch or flour.
Add to juice and cook until it boils.
Let cool.
Pour over apples and serve.
