Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or to taste
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla; beat.
    Pour in unbaked pie crust.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
