Kool-Aid Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 qt. water
    2 pkg. Kool-Aid
    1 large can pineapple juice
    1 large bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    Add sugar to water in saucepan; bring to a boil to make syrup. Add syrup to Kool-Aid; mix well.
    Add pineapple juice; chill. Add ginger ale just before serving.
    Yields 40 cups.
