Cream Cheese Cake(Crummy Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. black raspberry or lime jello (any flavor is ok)
30 graham crackers
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can milk (not chilled)
1 c. water
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water; let it cool.
Crush graham crackers very fine; add the margarine and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with 1/2 of crumb mixture. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the jello to this mix.
Whip milk and add jello and cheese mixture.
Mix well.
Pour over crushed crackers and add crackers over the top.
Chill for 12 hours or overnight.
