Breakfast Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf bread
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. softened margarine
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend together the cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and softened margarine.
    Spread on bread (crusts trimmed); roll up as jelly roll.
    Cut in thirds or halves, as desired.
    Dip in melted butter.
    Roll in 1 cup sugar mixed with 4 teaspoons cinnamon. Freeze on cookie sheet.
    Wrap airtight.
    When ready to use, bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on frozen state).
