Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. baking mix
    3/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and blend with a spoon.
    Pour into 9-inch quiche pan or pie plate.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
