Eileen'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together 1 cup sugar and cream cheese.
    Add eggs (mix well after each), 1 teaspoon vanilla and salt.
    Bake in spring-form pan at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 53 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes. Top with sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla, stirred together.
