Crisp Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. canola oil
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Combine corn flake crumbs and seasonings.
    Beat egg and vegetable oil in a small bowl.
    Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg and dredge in crumb mixture.
    Place in baking sheet lined with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
