Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. finely cut sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream the oleo and sugar until light.
Beat eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with water, beating well. Stir in kraut.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan and frost.
