Carrot Cake Muffin Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. dark or golden raisins
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. low-fat milk
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in a bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
    Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
