Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. canned pumpkin (16 oz.)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
    Add pumpkin, eggs, 1/4 cup maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared crust. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes (center will be slightly soft).
    Cool. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
    Garnish each slice with remaining maple syrup and chopped pecans.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
    This cheesecake also freezes well.
