Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel green chiles and tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt cheese, 1/2 at a time, with 1/4 cup milk.
    Cook ground beef and sausage; drain well.
    Put cheese and meat together in crock-pot on low; stir often.
    Boil juice out of green chiles and tomatoes and add to cheese mixture.
