Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 quart rhubarb, cut into pieces
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix together 1 c. sugar, egg, flour, oil, milk and baking powder. In a 9
    x 9 inch baking dish, place the rhubarb and dash of nutmeg. Pour batter over rhubarb. Bake at 350\u00b0F. for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
