Creamy Cheddar Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. beer or milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    Wheat 'n Bran Triscuits wafers
    parsley for garnish
Preparation
    In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in beer or milk.
    Add Cheddar cheese and red pepper, beating until well blended.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Serve as a spread on Wheat 'n Bran Triscuits wafers.
    Garnish with parsley.
