Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch single crust pastry
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
16 oz. can (2 c.) canned or cooked pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry.
In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
Serve plain or with whipped cream.
