Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar (more for taste)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 stick margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel, slice and cook potatoes.
(Potatoes will not turn dark if you slice them in salted water.)
Mash potatoes with electric beaters (don't scrape beater off as these have strings from the potatoes on them). Mix rest of ingredients into potatoes and pour into a long baking dish.
