Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 bell pepper
    hot pepper to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
