Marty'S Lobster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lobster meat
    1/2 c. diced potato
    1/2 c. sliced carrot
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    1/4 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine veggies in saucepan with water; boil until veggies are 2/3 cooked.
    Drain excess water.
    Add meat, milk and cream to saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to thicken. Season to taste.
