Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and cocoa. Add a little milk to moisten. Scald milk.
    Add to cocoa mixture. Place in double boiler. Stir constantly until thick.
    Add vanilla and butter. Stir until blended. Serve plain, with whipped cream or warm over vanilla ice cream.
