Old Fashioned Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 8-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add vinegar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when inserted.
    Cool on rack.
