Mud Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 slices fatback
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 medium onion
    1 small bottle ketchup
    1 small can tomato paste
    fish
    water
    seasoning
Preparation
    Brown fatback first and then bacon.
    Add onion and brown.
    Add ketchup and enough water to get thickness desired.
    Add tomato paste.
    Add teaspoon of black pepper.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce. Bring to a boil.
    Add 1 tablespoon salt.
    Add fish, cut in small pieces.
    Cook about 15 minutes.
