Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. egg white
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Add cream of tartar, salt and flavorings to egg whites.
Beat until stiff but not dry.
Add 1/2 cup sugar.
Sift remaining sugar and flour 5 times.
Fold into egg white mixture.
Bake in a tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 35 to
40 minutes.
Turn upside-down on a glass bottle to cool.
