Asparagus And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh asparagus
    1/3 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. lite mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of freshly ground black pepper
    1 c. diced tomatoes (about 2 medium tomatoes)
Preparation
    Rinse asparagus thoroughly.
    Gently bend each stalk until it snaps.
    Stalks should break where the tough ends begin; discard tough ends.
    Stand the stems upright in a double boiler or steamer over boiling water.
    Steam for 10 to 12 minutes or until just tender.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Arrange on a platter.
