Tomato Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 can water or bouillon
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    cooked, diced chicken (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok.
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Stir in eggs and scramble/fry until eggs are set. Stir in rice and cooked chicken.
    Stir in tomato paste, water (or bouillon), basil and parsley.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Serve hot.
